Meet Adler Jiang – Head of Sales Asia

Connecting growers with autonomous growing technology in Asia 

We are excited to introduce Adler Jiang to Blue Radix as our Head of Sales Asia. With more than a decade of experience in horticulture technology and greenhouse automation, Adler brings a strong technical foundation and deep knowledge of the Asian greenhouse industry. In his role, Adler will work with growers and partners in China, Japan and South Korea.  

Broad experience 

Adler is an experienced sales professional with a background in Automation Engineering and more than ten years of experience in horticulture. Having worked at companies such as Lock Drives and Ridder, he has built extensive expertise in greenhouse technology, automation and climate control. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong network among tomato and vegetable growers, greenhouse builders and investors across China, making him a trusted partner for companies looking to expand in China, Japan and South Korea. 

What Adler enjoys most about the horticulture sector is building long-term partnerships with growers. “For growers, results are what matter,” he says. “If something helps them achieve better results, they will keep evaluating and improving together with you.” This focus on continuous collaboration aligns closely with Blue Radix’s approach to helping growers achieve long-term success. 

Autonomous growing keeps growers in control

When explaining autonomous climate and irrigation control by Crop Controller to new growers, Adler often compares it to driving a car. “Traditional greenhouse management is like driving a car with a manual gearbox. The grower is constantly making adjustments as conditions change. Autonomous growing is more like using modern driving assistance systems: the grower sets the destination, while the technology helps reach it in the most effective way.” 

Crop Controller is Blue Radix’s AI-powered solution for autonomous climate and irrigation control. By continuously analyzing greenhouse, crop and weather data, the system automatically steers greenhouse installations via the climate computer while keeping growers in control of the overall strategy. 

Adler explains: “One of the key benefits of Crop Controller is that it helps growers focus on the bigger picture. In addition, growers are supported by a dedicated Autonomous Greenhouse Manager (AGM), who helps align growing objectives, monitor performance and translate data into practical actions.
