With more than a decade of experience in horticulture technology and greenhouse automation, Adler brings a strong technical foundation and deep knowledge of the Asian greenhouse industry. Broad experience
Adler is an experienced sales professional with a background in Automation Engineering and more than ten years of experience in horticulture. Having worked at companies such as Lock Drives and Ridder, he has built extensive expertise in greenhouse technology, automation and climate control. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong network among tomato and vegetable growers, greenhouse builders and investors across China, making him a trusted partner for companies looking to expand in China, Japan and South Korea.
What Adler enjoys most about the horticulture sector is building long-term partnerships with growers. “For growers, results are what matter,” he says. “If something helps them achieve better results, they will keep evaluating and improving together with you.” This focus on continuous collaboration aligns closely with Blue Radix’s approach to helping growers achieve long-term success.

When explaining autonomous climate and irrigation control by Crop Controller to new growers, Adler often compares it to driving a car. “Traditional greenhouse management is like driving a car with a manual gearbox.
