Your Role
As our Management & Finance Assistant, you’re the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly — from financial processes to an organized office and a supported team. You don’t need to be a finance expert, but you’re confident working with numbers and Excel. You’re proactive, accurate, well-organized, and love creating structure behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll take care of our financial administration, coordinate with our accountant, and keep internal reporting on track. You’ll also support the management team, help plan meetings, stay on top of HR-related tasks, and make sure new team members feel welcome from day one. Our office doesn’t demand constant attention, but when something’s missing, broken, or just needs sorting — you’ll be the one to notice and fix it. From organizing team lunches to solving practical hiccups, you’re the kind of person who gets things done without needing to be asked.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys independence and brings calm, reliable and positive energy to a fast-paced, international team.
Requirements

4 + years of experience working as an office manager, management assistant, finance support or similar role.

A solid grasp of financial admin and invoicing — and confident working with Excel

Strong communication skills, fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

Someone who takes initiative, spots what needs to be done, and does it

A natural organizer who likes supporting others and bringing structure
